The Surrey High Sheriff Youth Awards needed a website with real appeal to young people. It had to be informative, easy to navigate and encourage online applications. The site design also had to complement the look of our new brochure, in both colour and style.
During just one meeting, Lee understood the brief within minutes and quickly came up with an onscreen site map and concept that demonstrated he related to our target audience. It provided the ideal framework for development – and was perfectly on brand with the new brochure.
We left his studio confident that our website was in safe hands. That confidence grew over the next two weeks, as we all met an exceptionally tight deadline. He was a great team player, happy to work with our copy, and accept suggestions and changes with good humour: creative, adaptable and ready to share his considerable knowledge of website development.
Above all, he was determined to give us a site that promotes the High Sheriff Youth Awards in a way that is lively and fun, invites participation and is demonstrably youth friendly. From the response of young people across Surrey once the site went live, his determination has paid off!
