Based in the Surrey town of Dorking, LW design was founded by Lee Wayland in 1999. Lee, along with his team of designers and programmers, have built up a reputation for creating original designs, for both print and the web, whilst exceeding client expectations and offering first class customer support. Our clients return because they can trust us to complete the job on time and within budget.
We use a first class selection of product and service suppliers to ensure our clients’ work is always finished by the required deadline and to the highest quality standard.
Our client base, the majority of which are based in London and the South East, continues to grow and most have come by the way of recommendation from existing clients.

Creative Director
Having graduated from University in 1995 with a BA (Hon) in Illustration, Lee has been working in the graphic design industry for well over a decade. Having founded LW design in 1999, he has overseen the growth of the company from it’s very first client. Vastly experienced, Lee is able to offer all levels of creative and commercial input together with project management.
Steve
New Media Programmer & E-commerce Development Manager
A professor of IT with many years of e-commerce project management and development experience. Steve turns our bespoke web designs and unique new media templates into online content management systems and fully integrated e-commerce packages. Steve is extremely knowledgeable of the internet environment and capable of delivering any online business solution.
Chris
Graphic Designer
A senior member of the team, Chris has spent his entire career working within the print and graphics industry. He has a lifetime of experience and this enables him to truly understand clients’ requirements, give expert advice and assistance as appropriate. Chris has an almost instinctive talent for understanding clients’ needs, ideas and visions and then turning them into reality in print or on a website.
Graeme
Website Developer
A new member of the team, Graeme has spent much of his career working within the print and graphics industry. A great understanding of the web and a strong team player, Graeme will give you great advise on many web issues, from hosting, domain name registrations and transfers, redesign and developing you existing site. Need flash, or a complex online form? Need a blog set up or looking for something new, Graeme can help.
Andy
Print Manager
LW design uses various different printers depending on the requirements of the job and Andy oversees this process. Andy has many years experience in the print industry and can facilitate the solution for any print job whether it be a complex, bespoke or unique project or, conversely, a million simple leaflets!
