Darren Moore, a director of Moore and Partners Ltd, approached us in for a branding solution.
He was looking to use fresh, vibrant colours and clean fonts to really make his independent Estate Agency stand out in a crowd of same-looking independents in the area. After a fuss-free, no-obligation consultation with Tom, he was sure we were right for his business.
He wanted us to spend some time so that colours and fonts could be carefully considered. We spent a day coming up with ideas and concepts. We then submitted these to Darren and his partners for review. The feedback was positive and we were able to spend another half day refining and finalising a logo Darren was happy with.
Due to the versatility of the logo, we were able to evolve it into icons representing different areas of the business. These could then be used for web and print in the future.
With the logo and icons now complete we supplied Darren with a clear brand guide detailing colours codes and fonts to be used.
We have also handled Moore and Partners’ newspaper marketing. Double and Single page spreads have been created. The balance between being noticed and not shouting has been carefully considered. Traditional, established fonts – such as Gill Sans, have helped to give a more established feel to a new company.
Eager to take advantage of our competitive print and his new branding, Darren had a print marketing consultation with Tom. It was agreed that folders and booklets would be a fantastic sales tool for Darren and his team to use. But it was crucial, as with his branding, that this stood out from the crowd and add a “quality impact”.
The solution was to use thick 400gsm matt laminated stock on the folder and the booklet covers. The showstopper? Spot varnished areas highlighting the logo and photo elements.
The design was also considered, heavily utilising the branding to create something bespoke and unique.
A stationery pack consisting of Letterheads and Business Cards was put together to compliment the folder and booklet set.
Darren was able to enjoy some of printing.com’s regular, long-standing stationery print offers and received half price printing on his business cards and 20% off letterheads.
